*Please note:  All Campership requests must be submitted with the registration form.  Incomplete Campership requests will not be processed.

Cancellation policy

The $75 Registration Fee is not refundable.

Refunds of camper fees will only be considered if your cancellation is made more than two weeks prior to the first day of the camper session.  No refunds can be granted within two weeks of the camper session.  Additionally, no refund will be granted if a camper returns home early due to illness, behavior, or any other cause.  Cancellations must be submitted in writing (ATTN:  Camp Director) in order to be considered.

If ESNS needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances and the camper is unable to attend an alternate session, your money, less the $75 registration fee, will be returned to you.

A written request for a refund will be considered if it is due to financial hardship or extenuating circumstances.
