ServSafe® Food Safety ManagerJuly 20th 2016 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This training educates in the areas of basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination & allergens, cooking time & temperature, and cleaning & sanitation. The Minnesota Department of Health requires that every type of food preparation facility have ServSafe® certified staff. Being ServSafe® certified will give you an opportunity to advance in your career!
This class is one day long with the option to take the examination on the same day as training or the following morning, if training is on a Friday the second option would be the following Monday morning.
