Tai Ji Quan: Moving For Better Balance

Mondays & Thursdays

10 - 11 am

March 4 - May 23

This Tai Chi class reduces risk of falls by improving balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility through mindful movements in a slow, flowing motion. This exercise class meets twice a week on Monday and Thursday afternoons for 12 weeks.
