Tai Ji Quan: Moving For Better Balance

Mondays & Wednesdays

10:30 - 11:30 am

January 8 - April 4 (no class January 15 or 31)

This Tai Chi class reduces risk of falls by improving balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility through mindful movements in a slow, flowing motion. This exercise class meets twice a week on Monday and Wednesday afternoons for 12 weeks.

The cost of this class is based on ability to pay. No one will be turned away due to financial constraints.
