Living Well with Diabetes covers many topics including techniques to deal with symptoms of diabetes: fatigue, pain, hyper/hypoglycemia, stress, depression; healthy eating; exercise; medication usage; and working effectively with health care providers. Participants will set goals, share experiences, and help each other to solve problems they encounter. This class meets two hours a week for six weeks.
