Older Adults
Our older adult programs may look a little different as we adjust to accommodate for the pandemic.
We help ensure that older adults are valued, socially and intellectually engaged and able to live in community. Our programming supports an intergenerational community that focuses on health and well-being for all generations.
We serve older adults through:
Vital Living: Caregiving Services, Health & Wellness Classes, Volunteer Engagement
Accessible Transportation: Rides to appointments, errands and shopping
Food Security: Metro Food Programs, High Rise Mobile and Senior Food Shelves
Work Readiness: Senior Community Service Employment Program training for people 55+
More information about our older adult classes and programming can be found at our event calendar or call 612-787-4086 or 612-781-6011.
